Projects
Below are some projects I have worked on in my spare time. If you have any questions or problems with any of them, please don't hesitate to contact me. You are free to use and share my work. If you would like to distribute them on your own site, please contact me and send me a link. Thanks!
- My Greasemonkey Scripts
- FAA Acronym Lists
- Continental Airlines Internship Photojournal
- Multi-Engine Lesson Plan: Single-Engine Operations
- FOI Study Supplement
This is my collection of scripts for the Firefox extension Greasemonkey. These scripts are meant to simplify repetetive tasks you do while browsing. Included on the next page are instructions on how to install the scripts and use them.
I've made quick reference guides to the acronyms used in Notices To Airmen (NOTAMs) and the Aeronautical Information Manual. Both documents contain information straight from the FAA, just formatted for easy reading. Use them to study from or keep a printed copy in your flight bag!
I kept a photojournal of my experiences at Continental Airlines while on an internship with them in the Fall of 2005. You can view it here.
This is the lesson plan I used in my MEI days to introduce the fundamentals of flying a multi-engine aircraft. It includes the basics of single-engine flight/engine failure. Please download my lesson plan and let me know if it helps you!
This is a 25-page study supplement/guide I made while studying for my CFI oral exam. It's basically a recap of the FAA's publication on Fundamentals of Instruction, with pointers, tips, and none of the extra writing they add in. Download it here.
